Our office is open and our team is prepared to keep you safe and healthy during your appointment!
To help keep everyone safe, please call to reschedule your appointment if you had had any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been around anyone that has tested positive or you believe has COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We appreciate at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your missed appointment time to someone who is waiting to be seen.
We ask that you remain in your car and reply to our text message letting us know that you have arrived. Our phone number is posted outside, so you can always call if you didn’t receive a text or you are more comfortable calling. We are only allowing a limited number of people in the waiting room at a time to ensure that we are able to maintain social distancing.
Here are some ways we are working hard to ensure everyone’s safety:
Our assistants, hygienists and doctor will be wearing a clean gown, mask, face shield and/or goggles to see patients. Our other team members will be wearing a mask. We also ask that patients wear a mask as they enter and leave the building. One will be provided if you do not have one.
All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at arrival for their appointment.
We have air purifiers that clean the air 5 times an hour in each operatory. We have sneeze screens at the reception desk for checking out. Surfaces that are frequently touched, like door handles, tablets, and countertops will be sanitized regularly.
